Good afternoon! We stayed at this hotel from January 5 to January 8, 2024. We left an expensive silk top on a hanger in the closet. We wrote a letter to the hotel and asked to find it, but did not receive an answer. We arrived at the hotel on January 10 to pick up a lost item. But! The hotel said that they did not find the black silk top. I'm sure I left it in the closet in room 214. I don't recommend this hotel for a vacation. if you lose or forget your things in this hotel, no one will give them back to you. добрый день! отдыхали в этом отеле с 5 января по 8 января 2024 года. оставили в шкафу на вешалке дорогой шелковый топ. Написали письмо в отель, попросили найти, но ответ не получили. Приехали в отель 10 января, для того чтобы забрать потерянную вещь. Но! В отеле сказали что не находили черный шелковый топ. Я уверена, что оставила его в шкафу в комнате номер 214. Не рекомендую отель для отдыха. если вы потеряете или забудете в этом отеле свои вещи, вам их никто не отдаст обратно.
