CLAIM from passengers of canceled flights Etihad Airways EY401, EY839 March 1, 2026, 1. reservation 89D2L4, passengers Abdullin Almaz, Abdullina Maria. 2. reservation 89CWIX, passenger Abdullin Ilgiz. The cancellation of flights was initiated by ETIHAD. In accordance with international air transport rules, including the provisions of the 1999 Montreal Convention, as well as generally accepted practices of assisting passengers in the event of flight cancellation due to the carrier's fault, the airline is obliged to provide passengers with the necessary assistance, including: - hotel accommodation, if necessary while waiting for a new flight, - transport to the destination and back, - meals and other reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the flight delay/cancellation. Despite this, the airline refused to pay for further hotel accommodation and meals, which violates my rights as an international flight passenger. We know that the airline has resumed flights and can accept us. We are ready to consider alternative options and take off on the next available flight. We demand to pay for our accommodation and meals.
