Their service is very poor. I had my bike serviced yesterday. I explained all the problems, but they fixed half of them and didn't. I came back today. It took five hours to fix the front brakes, and I ruined my day's work. They are extremely careless. They play with people's lives. More than half of all road accidents are caused by brake issues.

Today on my weekly off, I visited Easy Lease Al Quoz for my bike service. Even after booking, they did not change the oil, saying 300 km are pending, which is normal. I came from a long distance at night, but the service was incomplete again. In my last six services, the bike was never washed. Staff behavior was also very rude and unprofessional. Every time there are excuses, and the work is not done properly. This is very disappointing.
