I was at the mall of Emirates today to buy my reboot R530 foundation and the salesman man said it has increased from 195 to 220 and I said why the sudden increase is there an upgrade? His response was every brand has the right to increase their product and if I’m not okay with it I should go and buy from MAYBELLINE, I was trying to tell himself that I have been using the product for over a year and the sales ladies had never spoken to me like that My question is was I wrong as a customer to ask why the hike in price of a product that I am using? The last thing he told me is I should leave the shop in a rude and harsh way, I would have asked for a refund because I already paid but I didn’t want to make drama and the product is nice I had to quietly leave
