I had a very disappointing experience today at the Al Barsha 1 branch of your salon located in the Elite Business Centre. I went in for a facial waxing service to remove excess hair from the sideburn area, but unfortunately, the staff member, Rashmi, seemed to lack the necessary training and experience. She ended up removing more hair than needed, which left one side of my face looking uneven and unsatisfactory rashmi from whom I received services, appeared to lack proper knowledge and skills in beauty care. It was also clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority in the way the service was delivered. I am extremely dissatisfied and concerned about the quality of staff being hired. I would appreciate a response and explanation from Sky Star regarding this matter, and I hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure such incidents don’t happen in the future.😡😡

Worst SALON I’ve encountered! WORST RECEPTIONIST ,WORST STAFF,WORST PRODUCT! They shouldn’t be operating as they don’t follow safety protocols! There’s no social distancing very crowded! And the salon is really dirty!!!! I got my eyelash extension from them and I’ve visited another salon they told me I’ve got infection coz of the product they put! And they stick it on my skin! Never to visit this salon!!!!
