they dyed my hair well. but the haircut was a nightmare. I asked them several times how they could cut completely dry hair. and the hair curls. I wanted an elongated bob. they assured me that they always cut like that and it is a technique. and I saw that the hairdresser did a million manipulations to somehow make it straight, because it turned out to be a ladder. but somehow in the end everything looked normal and the hair curled a little and it looked normal from the front and I didn’t argue, and what can they do to me if I was cut by a “top” hairdresser. I didn’t want a bob up to my ears,f***, but at home after washing, I looked at how crookedly my hair was cut, just a ladder. I had to go to another salon and get my hair cut again. and again it's funny (maybe I'm used to good quality in Russia and that even in a cheap hairdresser's they'll cut your hair on a straight line, it's not difficult, well, and the hairdressers there spend money on courses), but here a hairdresser was cutting my hair and two other masters were watching and learning how to cut crookedly

DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! IS A SCAM AND THATS WHAT THEY DO. i took an appointment with Daniel Nikki beach branch, when i came he was busy with other client, they gave me other hair dresser, i did not say anything, cause i thought is fine and i did not know who is he, turns out he is an amateur, no one was watching him or supervising, at the end i have not checked properly and left in a hurry, from the front it was okay, but next day i was shocked when i saw actually how it looks like, very dirty job, back and sides was not done at all, basically, they will give you poor skilled hair dresser, so he can PRACTICE ON YOU also he will try to finish as much fast as possible relying on you having low standarts of beauty services and simply you will not notice, so they can accomodate more clients,by the end of the day ,they get their money and is done, next fool, oh, sorry, client. . But, if you complain, they will send you to someone from their team to fix the mess. of course i asked them to fix it, there was no issue with it, they schedule for me an appointment for 9 am with Ozzy at sheraton, when i arrived no one informed him, about me and he was supposed to run to work to attend me, i was waiting for almost an hour, after he has done his work it was better ,than before, but is still looks so bad from the back, since it was very badly colored previously , unfortunately, he told me, that he cant fix completely what is done by their previous hairdresser from Nikki beach branch(RAMI is his name, be careful) ,for me the only solution now is to wait till it grows, so my hair is burned, spoiled, money is gone. Their buisness model is, that they are not waiting for costumer to come back to them, they relying on new clients, who does not know anything or fresh in Dubai. i regret, that i felt for the price and marketing, which does not have anything common with reality. THIS REVIEW IS FOR IVY BEAUTY AND BUBBLES H HOTEL NOT NIKKI BEACH BRANCH. I visited the H Hotel branch of Ivy Beauty and Bubbles on 26.05.2021 .Awful services. I was not given the hair dresser I booked with.No reason given at the time. Of course i was strongly advised against balayage. The reason given is that my hair is dry & has damaged ends. Of course i later realised by the end of the appointment it was to save time and product but still charge the package price of Aed 500. The blow dry was the worst ever i have had in 15 years!The unprofessional and UNTRAINED staff used her nail extensions to section my hair and not a tail comb!! Basic fundamental of using a tail comb to section hair.Awful attitude. I left with hair dye overspill along my hairline, dye in my ears.Made me feel like im at a backstreet salon.It is not the money but the whole experience and UNDERQUALIFIED skills that is masked by very instagramnable marketing gloss. Maybe standards are high at Ivy nikki beach and the h hotel branch is simply a hole in the wall kind of set up. After applying the hairdye I'm told they can't guarantee grey coverage as the products are vegan. Well would be good to know BEFORE the colour was applied when the hair is assessed and supposed consultation held giving me the option of proceeding or not at my free will.Botox treatment was not flat ironed contrary to what IVY state in black print on their website. This is a breach of service .Normal heat machine used to develop colour when using foils was used. Once I wash my hair 3 days on from the appointment (as advised by the junior staff ) 29.05.21, it will be interesting to see the results! Don't be fooled by the before after image you see. After styling and hair serum and hair spray ..standing in a ring of LED white light would make dry HAY and grass look like GOLD ..all glossy with light reflectors, leave alone hair with serum and hairspray. Hope IVY read this review and FIX their shortfalls in service and standards.

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I decided to go to them to color my hair for the first time ever in my life. They did an absolutely horrible job, totally opposite from what I have asked. I was mortified by seeing the "highlights" they did on my hair, when I asked for something completely different, NEVER asked for highlights. Told them from the beginning that I did not want my roots touched... They didn't touched them by half centimeter!!! The hairdressers are running around between clients (not only between you and someone else like they advertise, but between at least 4 people) and you really don't feel that they are even paying attention to you. They promised to fix my hair and said I had to wait at least three weeks, so I booked an appointment after that period and I still paid for my treatment. Before my appointment I reached out to them asking if I could do it at a later date, since I was afraid that bleaching my hair again in such a short period of time could damage it severely and they promptly said yes. Now that my appointment is up and they won't fix my hair without charging me!!! They are refusing to correct their mistake, questioning my integrity by saying that I could have only done it immediately after three weeks and that now I am just looking for a free treatment! They NEVER informed me that if I postponed the treatment they would charge, EVER or even gave me a deadline to go back to fix it! I don't need free services, I need GOOD HONORABLE TRUSTWORTHY services! Would pay 1000 treatments somewhere else over having 1000 free treatments at this place after this! There is no honesty or care for the customer in the business they are running. There is no respect for the customer, they don't value their customers and they don't care about building customer loyalty. This is not even 1 star, it's absolutely 0 stars. I AM SHOOK BY SUCH AN HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. Never saw such disrespect and disregard like this by a service provider.
