🚩 Red Flags – My Personal Experience Attention everyone: This review is based purely on my personal experience. I strongly advise people to be extremely careful before paying any advance processing fees to this agency. I feel that they played with my time and money. I trusted them for almost one full year, which resulted in financial loss and serious mental stress for me. From the beginning, I submitted all the documents they asked for on time. However, after one year, when I repeatedly asked for updates, they suddenly started asking for new documents that were never communicated earlier and are difficult to arrange now. In my opinion, they focus more on social media advertisements and attracting clients with big promises, but once the payment is done, there is no proper progress or transparency in the process. I am sharing this so that others do not go through the same experience I went through. Please be cautious and verify everything thoroughly before trusting and paying.

Please do not trust this company, even if they give you commitments in writing. I started my immigration process with this company in June 2023. I was promised that my LMIA and PR process would be completed within 9–10 months and was asked to pay a total of CAD 20,000 in two installments. All assurances, timelines, and refund terms were provided in written agreements. After I paid the full amount, there was no real progress on my case. My follow-ups through calls and emails resulted only in generic replies such as “your case has been forwarded to the concerned department,” with no concrete updates or evidence of work being done. As per the signed contract, I was eligible for a refund due to non-delivery. However, the refund was not processed. After I posted public feedback, the company contacted me and offered a partial refund of 70%, even though 90% was mentioned in the agreement. I accepted this revised offer in good faith. I was promised payment by September 1, but even after waiting until October, no payment was received. Since then, I have only received repeated verbal assurances and delays from their representatives, with no actual resolution. Based on my complete experience, I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious. Written promises, contracts, and assurances were not honored in my case. I would recommend not giving any money upfront and thoroughly verifying everything independently before engaging with this company. I am sharing this review to raise awareness and help others protect their time, money, and documents. I hope the company takes responsibility and resolves pending matters professionally.
