I'm very frustrated with the wait time for my order. The staff I've spoken to haven't been very helpful, and their communication style comes across as aggressive with all caps. My order never arrived, and when I contacted them again, they offered no solution, simply stating it wasn't their fault if it went to the wrong address. This is unacceptable, especially that we have doorbells incase for deliveries. I waited until midnight, exhausted from waiting for something that never came. I'm done with the excuses. The only positive aspect is the return policy with deposit slips for water gallons. However, that's not enough to make up for the overall experience. I will not be purchasing from your store again. There are other stores and supermarkets that offer better prices and service.If there were a zero-star rating available, I would definitely choose it.
