The Ambience and food are both pretty good, typical for the price paid and brand, tried the mixed grill and spicy kebab which were both pretty good, the Kunafa was sensational. However the service could be better, overall it’s pretty good but isn’t great either.

Arrogant staff from being seated to placing the order. The order had to be re-submitted three times due to the staff not knowing what is sold out or forgetting to add items.. after speaking with multiple staff and incurring rudeness, I don’t believe free dessert makes up for lack of ability to provide a leisurely visit. Frustration can easily become the name of the game with name and fame.

First time I experience in Turkish restaurant to pay for each small Turkish tea cup 20 aed each time you order refill . None of the Turkish restaurant doing it here. So basically if you have 5 small cups of tea you will end paying 100 aed. 🤦‍♀️. Unbelievable. And it was of course not the only thing ordered. Never again !!!

The food is okay, like any other turkish restaurant. Service is poor, employees must be more attentive. The waiter brought the food and started the 'show' quickly not leaving us time to film what happened disregarding the fact that the restaurant is famous because of its show. Furthermore another waiter barged in the frame as we where filming and did not even apologise or acknowledge the fact that we where filming. Overall below average experience.
