I visited the tanning studio at Abu Dhabi Mall on 01/23/2023. Expecting a session of 15 minutes, I arrived at 10:40pm (20 minutes before closing), for this reason receptionist (unfortunately I did not see her name tag) greeted me with a dissatisfied sigh and a request to come no later than 9 pm (an hour before closing), explaining this by the fact that after my visit she needs to do sanitising. When the employee found out that I was visiting this place for the first time, there was another disappointed sigh due to the fact that I needed to be added to the database. After refusing a 15-minute session, I agreed to a 10-minute session, knowing that I would not get any effect from 10 minutes, I agreed only so as not to leave with nothing. During the cash payment, I was informed that the cash register was already closed, for this reason I was asked to pay the exact amount without change, after that an employee, without asking arbitrarily pulled up my sleeve to see the sensitivity of my skin. As I expected, I did not see any effect on my skin from 10 minutes session and my visit to this place cost me only a bad mood and wasted money for the session and for the taxi. Wouldn't recommend to visit
