If you want to arrange a delivery and you are hungry — it’s always 50/50.... Respect to the kitchen but because of your operators I will never ever order again. I was trying to be understanding to the person who takes orders via whаtsapp, but it’s simply impossible because I can’t be sure that I will eat today or not: 1. Replies come after 30+ minutes. Why do I have to wait up to 1 hour just to order? If you are busy - just tell me so I can know. 2. Sometimes delivery of 1 shawarma to the building behind the corner takes 1.5 hours (I have working experience in delivery service and you can’t tell me it’s normal any time) 3. Day to day phone doesn’t work entirely (1st / 4th of April) 4. No need to mention such a thing but, of course, my order is simple but always comes different (spicy - not spicy) 5. Today I ordered at 1pm and at 2pm they replied that I can order after 5pm. What is this? I live in UAE for many years and I’ve never left a bad review, but thanks to your customer service for changing it.
