I bought my phone from them in November while at 94% battery health. By December it dropped to 82 and now in February I am at 77% battery health. I expressly paid high and pleaded with them I’m relocating with this phone to no avail. I contacted the guy who sold it to me and all he kept saying is I should travel back with the phone. How do I travel back from Africa with the phone after he has messed me up?
