Pathetic service and poor quality of products. I had ordered 5 pcs of BLW A from them and look at the way the e-scooters were delivered. Broken tail lights, flat tiers and broken carriage. They import these scooters from Hui Chi E Bike, China and act as if they are the only suppliers here in UAE. When I raised a concern regarding the inferior quality of product I was astonished hearing their feedback. They said you have ordered only 5 pcs and you shouldn't be expecting anything more or better. No business ethics and zero professionalism. I would never recommend to buy products from them.
