شركة ديانا للأقمشة من أسوأ الشركات التي تعاملت معها يعاملون الزبائن بقسوة غير طبيعية وكأنهم يمنّون عليك لأنك قررت الشراء منهم. لديهم فرعان في مدينة زايد، أحدهما في الطابق الثاني والآخر في الطابق الأرضي الموظفون في الفرع العلوي يعاملونك بلطف في البداية، أما في الفرع الأرضي فلا يحترمون الزبائن إطلاقًا. ذهبت إليهم كي اشتري مخور . ذهبت أولاً الفرع العلوي وقدموا لي سعراً أقل مما عرضه الفرع الأرضي. وعندما نزلت إلى الأرضي وسألتهم عن سبب ارتفاع الأسعار لديهم مقارنة بالفرع العلوي، كان هناك موظفان؛ أحدهما أنكر، والآخر قال لي بكل استهزاء: لماذا لم تشترِ من عندهم إذًا وعندما قررت في النهاية شراء المخور رمى لي القماش بقسوة حتى يحاسبه. فخرجت من عنده دون ان اشتري و قررت أن أذهب مجددًا إلى الفرع العلوي. ولكن عندما وصلت، قال لي الموظف هناك إنه لا يرغب في البيع لي، لأن زميله أخبره أنني كنت عنده وعاملته بقلة ادب . صراحة، لا أنصح أي شخص بالشراء من هذه الشركة. فقد كانت هذه أسوأ تجربة تسوق مررت بها في حياتي. محل ديانا للأقمشة سيء جدًا ولا أنصح أي أحد بالتعامل معهم. Diana Fabrics Company is the worst company. They treat customers with unnatural harshness as if they’re doing you a favor by letting you buy from them. They have two branches in zayed city one upstairs on the second floor and one on the ground floor. The staff upstairs treat you well at first, but the ones on the ground floor don’t respect customers at all. I went there planning to buy fabric mukhwar. I first went to the upstairs branch, and they offered me a better price than the ground floor branch. So when I went downstairs, I asked them why their prices were higher than upstairs. There were two guys one said, 'No, that's not true,' and the other said, 'Then why didn’t you buy from them? When I finally said, Fine, I’ll buy the fabric one of them harshly threw the fabric from his hand to ring it up. At that point, I decided to go back to the upstairs branch. When I went there the guy told me he didn’t want to sell to me saying his colleague told him not to because I was being disrespectful. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy from them and to be even more honest this was the worst and most disappointing experience I’ve ever had. Diana Fabrics is a terrible store, and I don’t recommend it to anyone
