* Always check for fake material label and stickers ( Henkel, Awazel Etc ) especially high quality brands. * Measure the area correctly (No extra skirting). * Always take security cheque for payments for safety of projects. (Trust issues). * Never pay without checking foam thickness physically as per contract. (Avoid water test without checking). * Never make advance payment without delay penalties fine mentioned in the contract. (Delay is serious problem). * Always give PDC cheque to safeguard the project from any leakage or rectifications. (Avoids call after receiving payment).
