I rented a car with these people in November 2023 for a week. The initial service was good all via WhatsApp. Was promised that I would get my 1500 AED deposit back. I have messaged them multiple times to which they replied that I would get it back but since 12th January they are ignoring my calls and messages to request my deposit back. They have stolen over £300 (1500AED). I visit Dubai regularly and needed a reliable company I can use but my advice is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THEIVES AND DO NOT RETURN THE DEPOSIT EVEN THOUGH THEY SOUND RELIABLE AND HONEST.

Best Rental car company you will ever wish to come across. Amazing and understanding people.I have been renting with them for the past 7 months and all I can remember is just the great service and understanding that binding us. You rarely find such in these days. I highly recommend them 120%. Trust me its one of the best.
