0n 11 March, I had a very bad experience with the guy in the counter.i went for one Emirates ID typing to the counter and the guy took 1hr to finish it. In between he is sending message for 7-8 times and he is attending his personal calls for more than 5 times . After shouting with him he finished my work. When a customer is waiting for his service in front of him,is this a right attitude. I feel really agitated. Hope u will consider this matter and provide a better service to customer in future.
