Huge let down in online purchase We ordered a testing tool as per the price mentioned in their website and we got the invoice copy for the confirmation of the order. We follow up with their customer care and sales team to deliver the material which is in stock as per the showroom person. Eventually we got a call stating the online price is not accurate and for future suggested us to call them before online purchase , as they have not updated the prices which keeps on changing as per their information and they'd taken our money and after our repeated request they refunded money mentioning that it is out of stock. The company should adjust their online system to let people know whether items mentioned in their website are in stock with the price mentioned or not so they don't create false expectations that goods will arrive on time. There should also be a shorter processing time for refunds and better customer service.
