It has been 60 days since I returned their car, but I haven't received my deposit back. I have been pursuing them with every possible way, phone, whatsapp, almost on a daily basis. Still no refund. After 55 days, all I have received just a few days ago is a pdf that indicates they have an intention of maybe refunding my deposit. Sill no refund.

Брали машину на 10 дней с 7 по 17 июня. Без депозита и кредитной карты. Детское кресло бесплатно, доставка и возврат до вашего отеля бесплатно. Очень приятная цена примерно на 20% ниже чем у конкурентов. Привезли новую кию pegas, машина была чистой.
