Unfortunately cannot recommend this company as a good real estate rental agency. I was looking for a studio apartment and was proposed with one from this agent. I checked photos and everything was okay. I came to the spot and checked the condition, it wasn’t perfect, wasn’t cleaned, there were dead cockroaches’ bodies on the floor. I was promised that when I come in the evening after office hours everything is fixed and ready for move in. When I arrived, there were no dead cockroaches anymore but only alive ones running all over here and there. I reported abt this to the agent, then I did my best to kill them all and go to bed. Next day the cleaners come again as the agent promised to make it ready for move in and apologised for the situation. So i took all my staff and left the apartment. During the day they were reporting me the status and send the photos with cleaned place. However when I arrived, I realised that the wild nature won this round. The cockroaches were everywhere, so I left the apartment and called the agent. He came and we checked together the place, he said it’s impossible to stay in there due to the condition of the apartment. So I left and didn’t return back. The agent talked to the rental agency and agreed that the full paid amount will be returned back to me in the morning. Next day I called to ask what time to come for collection, but at this stage I was informed they won’t return the commission and it’s better to come on Friday. So Friday I called and ask for an appointment, once I came they even deducted 3 days rent which I spent out of the apartment. I decided to take whatever they give and complain through Dubai Land Department, as this kind of agencies shouldn’t stay on the market. They even didn’t apologise for anything. Best service ever.
