Writing this review with assurance that it won't effect the organisation or anyone else even 1%, had an follow up appointment with Dr Dina for my new born at 9:30 pm they made us wait for one and a half hour until we lost our patience and canceled the appointment at 11:10 pm at the reception and walked out, since we couldn't wait any longer, to which the reception staff responded as if they had no idea we have been there for this long and the nurse on the other hand says seeing the doctor is on priority basis, I fail to understand why did I book an appointment in the first place if they have a priority system running, disgusted at the service they are providing, will not return to this centre again.
