*INCOMPETENT* Installed a hood and extraction fan that lasted with only 45 days of use. They installed it on a roof EXPOSED to the weather and of course the rain has got inside and ruined it. Instead of rushing to fix it they've ignored our messages. Our main contractor then said they would fix it for a price. We're genuinely shocked and appalled at such a bad service and attitude.
