One of the best pizza parlours around thanks to 48-hour proofed dough, Pitfire also does a mean portion of garlic knots. You can barely move in this city lest you stumble upon a truffle (not literally) – and the truffle pizza is the cream of the crop. Luckily, Pitfire is slinging out perfectly blistered pies with huge personality, generously topped with Parmesan, pecorino, mushrooms, onions and white truffle oil – all served with a side of indulgent black truffle cream.
