I am very disappointed with the service we received. We requested a check on our AC unit, and they claimed the issue was with the compressor. They replaced it without informing us that the compressor was outdated. Just three days later, the AC started malfunctioning, with ice forming on the unit. When we called for repairs, they said the motherboard needed replacement and changed that as well. Now, after nearly three months, our AC is still not functioning properly. The building maintenance team inspected it and discovered that the internal components were very old. We informed the service team of this, but they insisted we would need to pay for repairs since there was no warranty. This is unacceptable. The lack of value placed on customer satisfaction is evident, and the service we’ve experienced has been nothing short of poor.
