Sorry, but I was really disappointed with my experience today. I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday with my friends. Before coming, I called to confirm the price. I clearly informed the staff member on the phone that we were 3–4 people and that we wanted to order the mixed seafood. He confidently confirmed the price as 188 AED. When we arrived, I was assisted by the same person. I mentioned that I wanted exactly what we had discussed over the phone. However, when the bill arrived, the total was 293 AED, not 188. If that was the actual price, we could have ordered the 188 AED option for three people and added another dish to justify paying more than 300 AED. The issue here is not the amount itself, but the fact that the client was incorrectly assured of the price beforehand. I raised this concern with the staff, but no action was taken—only explanations were given. To close the issue, I agreed to pay. Unfortunately, the situation worsened when the staff member began approaching my guests as well, which made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Attached pictures are the actual 293 😩 if i just know beforehand i booked somewhere else. Not worth it really 😵‍💫😕
