I’ve been a patient at this clinic for years, but definitely not anymore. If you’re looking for low prices and are willing to tolerate long waits and less-than-stellar customer service, this might be the place for you. However, if you plan to visit this clinic, make sure you set aside ample time. Cons: • Long waiting times • Poor attitude from reception staff • Management seems unresponsive to issues • Poor customer service overall • No refunds offered Pros: • Dr. Tara: An exceptional doctor who provides honest and ethical consultations. Her professionalism and integrity are unparalleled. • Sara: A dedicated consultant who goes above and beyond to guide and assist patients. It’s disappointing to see how far this clinic has fallen. Years ago, it was always bustling with patients, but now, it’s barely holding on. If they continue with poor service and mismanagement, they’re bound to lose even more patients like me أنا كنت مريضة في هذه العيادة لسنوات، لكن بالتأكيد لن أعود مرة أخرى. إذا كنت تبحث عن أسعار منخفضة ومستعد لتحمل الانتظار الطويل والخدمة السيئة، فربما تكون هذه العيادة مناسبة لك. لكن إذا قررت زيارتها، تأكد من تخصيص وقت كافٍ ليومك. السلبيات: • فترات انتظار طويلة جدًا • تعامل سيئ من موظفي الاستقبال • الإدارة لا تستجيب لحل المشكلات • خدمة العملاء ضعيفة للغاية • لا يتم تقديم أي استرداد مالي الإيجابيات: • الدكتورة تارا: طبيبة استثنائية تقدم استشارات صادقة وأخلاقية. احترافيتها ونزاهتها لا مثيل لهما. • سارة: مستشارة مخلصة تبذل كل ما في وسعها لإرشاد المرضى ومساعدتهم. من المحزن أن أرى إلى أي مدى تراجعت هذه العيادة. قبل سنوات كانت مليئة بالمرضى، أما الآن بالكاد تجد أحدًا. إذا استمروا في تقديم هذه الخدمة السيئة وسوء الإدارة، فسيخسرون المزيد من المرضى مثلي.
