DO NOT rent a car from this place, they are thieves, they charge you a deposit rather than security hold and say they will refund it after 21 working days, as soon as you leave the country they stop replying to you, they’ve kept £1000 deposit of mine, they lure you in with cheap deals then debate the price when you get there saying it’s too less and try giving you a different car, the cars are not serviced and none of the assists work, absolute cow boy place, when they want you to hire a car they don’t stop texting you once you e returned it they don’t want to know

THIS company is a big scam most of the positive reviews that you can read are fake and bought reviews. They never gave me back my deposits (they asked me 2 deposits as I was stupid I didn’t even noticed that it was strange). In October 2022 I came in Dubai and I decided to rent a car with this company, maybe one of the biggest mistake I did in my life; I wanted a BMW they brought me an Audi telling me that it was better just because they didn’t have the car that I paid for. After I wanted to change because it wasn’t the car that I wanted they insisted for me to pay another deposit for the second car and I normally booked for a third one, a Ferrari that I didn’t take because the car was scratched everywhere and very old and dirty.. I never saw a Ferrari like this before, an insult for the brand. I didn’t want to take the car so mr Hamid was disappointed and he decided to rip me off my 10K of DEPOSIT. Almost 8 month after I didn’t get back my deposit and Hamid blocked me everywhere. I did many complaints on the Dubai tourists services but I’ve to wait that I come back to solve it directly with the locals tourists police department. After having investigated I noticed that most of the reviews that you can read on google about this company are fake so the only advice that I can give you is to NEVER RENT A CAR WITH THIS COMPANY, they are SCAMMERS.
