I would not advise any one to deal with them only one thing they do is sending message without any action the below are the reasons where I do not recommend any one to book with them (Ihave all whap communications and photos of what happened) - I have clearly mentioned to them that I am going for nature not historical where a travel agency they should have knowledge where I am going. Only last day had a trip to a mountain with snow other all trips historical which is not my interested - regarding my trains I have requested to book first class where I Have extra AED 950/- for it but this was not done and booked as normal (I have Evidence) -requested My hotels to be in city place where walking distance from attraction which was not the case - in Tashkent the hotel was very bad even would not give one star - they funniest part regarding my refund the communication they make it will done and it is more than a month but nothing when charging me they did immediately but returning back my money - on their website I have sent no response - the whats app number where i sent to book no response before paying they were replying now they are not (only one person is communicating and doesnt have authority - i was asking for refund now i need refund and compensation
