I am having very bad experience with Avex cargo LLC UAE. Since September I am taking a follow up for my cargo but they bothered themselves to respond over the call or messages, after sending 1000 messages or phone call you will get the one response and again they will get vanished. They are not professional enough to handle the cargo service hence this company should be banded as it is also giving the very bad impact over the reputation of UAE. After asking about the cargo delivery they are will tell you in a week or 10 days to 20 days and when again the given time frame will over they will create another story and give you another person contact information to reach out and this process is never ending. All of sudden they will ask you to get the picture of boxes after sharing the picture they will ask you to get them the picture of belonging which we had cargo with them so they can check the boxes and arrange a delivery. They are very unprofessional, unethical and having a doesn’t care attitude.. I would never suggest anyone to use the Avex cargo service. I had sent many branded and expensive item through that cargo but nothing has delivered yet and their top to bottom management doesn’t care about that they will just get the money from you and your stuff and after that might they are selling our items to generate another revenue from the customers belongings. This is first time I have used Avex cargo service and got stuck with lots of trouble. I urge to UAE government to look. Into this matter and people who got stuck with this service get the justice to get back their items and this company should be banned in UAE.
