Ordered Iphone 14 pro BLACK 256 GB, and received a SEALED box, with exact description as my order with serial number. After opening, was shocked to see a BLUE Iphone, with scratches and a crack on the back. Didn't bother checking any further and Immediately repacked the box after taking pics and sent it back to noon. NOON service was AMAZING! They promptly did the checks and refunded the money. The seller when contacted directly acted like this is impossible. Stay away from this TAREEQ AL SAHEL MOBILE PHONES. SEALED box had a fake phone inside. What is worse is that when I checked with serial number, it showed as activated on the next day of my delivery. It is clear that the actual mobile was switched, then sold somewhere else. My advice, always video record every time you unbox as proof.️
