Really bad experience with this company. We stayed at Swissotel Alghurair and booked a tour with this company and they sent us on a desert tour. No safety precautions at all on the tour and we had an accident due to negligence and the company did not take any responsibility. Their response was they will take necessary steps if more people get injured on the trips. This is the most ridiculous response we have heard. I would recommend avoiding this tour operator.
