Hello Concerned HR Team, We gave a Furniture Carpenter (Ali Sher, Passport No. PC5124741, Pakistani), to your company with enough days to process the employment visa. He was tested, selected and started working in your company. Today is his visit visa expiry, from tomorrow he will be overstay and might pe held absconding by travel agency who issued visit visa but his employment Visa is not processed yet. I have been coordinating at +971 56 474 3480 but s/he has stop responding since last week aftet saying the worker has to extend his visit visa as we will process his visa next month. I mean is this a joke or choice to process visa? Does poor really bear this Overstay fine, visit extention cost & absconding costs? How do you hire your HR/Recruitment Team who doesn't even have knowledge of ground in & UAE processes?
