Dont buy from him, we brought spcs wooden floor tiles with installation, 4 months in we had problems, we had a warranty of 1 year, after the manager told us to take pictures of the tiles because the tiles were damaged and didnt arrive in good quality from container, after when he saw the tiles physically he said it was our problem and said he denies talking about bad quality from container, after some talking he agreed to only replace 35% of the tiles leaving other spaces because it was "costly for him". 5 months later which is 9 months in the other places that were not replaced got damaged, we still had 3 months of warranty left, when we talked to the manager without even seeing the damage he says that the warranty was on the installation not the pieces of tiles, and says that we need to pay 2000 dirhams in order to replace it all. Which was the cost. As you can see in the photos some tiles are opening but this is just the beginning, the other 60% tiles are loose when i walk over them which will result them having the same thing.
