Complaint Regarding Security Staff Behavior Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your Al Karama branch, specifically with the security guard stationed on the 4th floor near the toilets. During my recent visit, I approached the guard with a simple question, expecting a respectful and helpful response. Instead, I was met with an extremely arrogant, disrespectful, and hostile attitude. His expression was cold and condescending, as though he were in a position of power rather than being there to assist customers. It felt as though I was being judged or unwelcome in the store, which left me confused and deeply uncomfortable. Such behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a retail environment where customer experience should be a top priority. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, not hostility. This interaction left a very negative impression on me, and it reflects poorly on the overall reputation of your store. I kindly urge the management to take appropriate measures to ensure that all staff—especially those in direct contact with customers—are properly trained in basic customer service, respectful communication, and professional conduct. Unfortunately, due to this incident, I no longer feel comfortable returning to this branch and will be reconsidering my visits to other Day to Day locations as well. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed accordingly. I would appreciate a response and any steps you intend to take to improve the customer service experience.

Все сувениры можно купить здесь. Были на разных экскурсиях и на рынках. В итоге приехав сюда увидели все то же самое здесь, только дешевле в разы. Финики, сладости, сувениры, многое здесь взяли. Видели кто то даже покупает чемоданы и на месте все в них укладывает😂 Одежда в основном made in India, хороший качественный трикотаж, полотенца, халаты, но есть и ширпотреб. Удобное расположение рядом с метро. Рекомендую, если вы конечно не за эксклюзивом приехали.

Отличный магазин! Как уже писали ниже, есть все для бюджетного туриста) Огромный выбор сувениров, продуктов, одежды и множества всего другого! (Много товаров, даже наверно большинство made in China, ну я думаю это и так ясно) В общем за сувенирами и разными вкусностями сюда (да, дубайский шоколад здесь тоже есть по 21AED и 10AED за плитку) Расположение конкретно у этого магазина очень удобное. Близко и автобусные остановки и станция метро ADCB. Плюс еще в том, что не далеко от магазина есть множество не дорогих кафешек, в которых можно вкусно перекусить или основательно поесть, а потом уже идти на шопинг) Сигареты (курение вредит вашему здоровью) дешевле чем здесь также нигде не видел. 13.5AED за пачку Chesterfield Blue. В общем и целом советую, что-нибудь для себя здесь точно найдите)
