Complaint Regarding Security Staff Behavior Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your Al Karama branch, specifically with the security guard stationed on the 4th floor near the toilets. During my recent visit, I approached the guard with a simple question, expecting a respectful and helpful response. Instead, I was met with an extremely arrogant, disrespectful, and hostile attitude. His expression was cold and condescending, as though he were in a position of power rather than being there to assist customers. It felt as though I was being judged or unwelcome in the store, which left me confused and deeply uncomfortable. Such behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a retail environment where customer experience should be a top priority. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, not hostility. This interaction left a very negative impression on me, and it reflects poorly on the overall reputation of your store. I kindly urge the management to take appropriate measures to ensure that all staff—especially those in direct contact with customers—are properly trained in basic customer service, respectful communication, and professional conduct. Unfortunately, due to this incident, I no longer feel comfortable returning to this branch and will be reconsidering my visits to other Day to Day locations as well. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed accordingly. I would appreciate a response and any steps you intend to take to improve the customer service experience.
