There was a swift service to wrap up & take the items for shipment & that’s where it ended. Several months later I am still waiting! Some items arrived incomplete. Managers stopped responding to my calls & didn’t accept responsibility for missing items. Made excuses about the length of time taken & completely lied about their offer of insurance which they failed to provide. I still do not know if I will ever get my shipment. Definitely not the service that you pay for. Giving feelings of big time scam! Avoid at all costs especially if you want to keep all the hairs on your head

Horrible Experience. Do not fall for how sweetly and nicely they talk to you before they pick up your things. After they pick up, they will increase the rates by 50%, not adhere to delivery time that they promised, if you call to follow up they will not answer your calls. Thanks to them now I am stuck in a foreign country without my things for almost a month. Do not trust them at all.
