لا يوجد مصداقية فى التعامل حيث اننى اشتريت سيارة من الفطيم اوتو مول عام 2018 واكتشفت بعد 4 سنوات من خلال شركة التامين ان السيارة وارد وليست خليجى وعندما ذهبت الى وكالة الفطيم قال لى الموظف هذة اول مشكلة من نوعها تحدث عندنا وسوف ارسل اميل للادارة واقوم بحل المشكلة لك وبعد اكثر من اسبوع تواصل معى الموظف وقالى لى احضر السيارة وسوف نقوم بتقيم السيارة واعطونى سعر غير مناسب نهائى والسيارة ممولة على البنك ولا استطيع شراء سيارة مرة اخرى وطلبت منهم اعطائي فرق السعر بين الخليجى والوارد رفضو ومعاملة سيئة جدا وقالى لى لا يوجد بالعقد ما يثبت السيارة وارد ام خليجى قولت لهم هل هذا مشكلتى انتم اقوم بالشراء من وكالة معروفة بالامارات ولم اتوصل معهم لحل والسيارة بها كثير من المشاكل وهناك فرق كبير بالسعر بين الخليجى والوارد 00971557032581 Aslam alikam I bought a car from Al-Futtaim Auto Mall in 2018, and I discovered during a month ago that the car is not of Gulf specifications and that it imported .
