I had an extremely disappointing experience with Bestway Heavy Equipment Repairing LLC in Dubai. I gave them my forklift for repair in May and paid around 4400 AED. Despite the payment, the forklift is still not repaired. They have taken an unreasonably long time to fix the issues and are unresponsive to calls. This company's customer service is pathetic and unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone. Avoid at all costs!
