They are SCAMMERS ! DO NOT GET THE CAR FROM THEM! 1. They don't give back the 1000 deposit, they will deduct unknown traffic fine (unjustified). They will charge you to deliver and taking there car back from you. Even though they will never tell you all these while you book the car. 2. The staff is rude and unhelpful (Annie & accountant). They will keep bouncing you from one department to another when you ask for deposit. 3.They give higher rent er day if you want to extend the duration. total looting from customer. 4. They gave a me a car with bad battery, couldn't drive it for 2 days and they have refused to compensate for the charges. 5. Delivery is 45, pick up collection they charged me 280! DO NOT RISK GETTING A CAR WITH THEM!. They will not tell you all this while booking. They will refer small letter multiple terms written while their driver deliver the car.

I would like to share my disappointing experience regarding the refund and customer service process. The refund procedure was unclear and unnecessarily long. I was instructed to contact multiple numbers, yet most of them did not respond. Once connected, I was charged for items that I do not believe were justified, such as a late return fee, even though the delay was caused by your own staff arriving late for pickup. Additionally, the admin fees and car cleaning fees were excessive, and the explanations provided were not convincing. A customer should not be penalized for issues caused by the rental company, nor charged unreasonable fees without proper justification.

Fraud car rental company in dubai. They will deduct 350 AED mentioning car dirty charges They will delay to refund your deposit and you have to follow if you forgot your money then thats all they will not refund they will keep it with themselves. I ordered a different vehicle they gave a different vehicle. They are cheating the people.. They are many other good companies in the market dont choose this company at all. They might change their company name because of all these negative reviews so I will post the owner photo soon
