Stuff in Zara men was so rude , one item was damaged slightly they didn’t have another piece and I asked if they have a tailor or can they give discount but the guy on cashier (supervisor I guess) rudely said it’s okay take to the tailor yourself! So damaged item still on the rails . Wish you will take care of customer service in your shops as I really like and shop a lot there thanks
