I used to come here for what was, in my opinion, the best pizza in Dubai. I came specifically for it and always enjoyed the experience. However, in January 2026, after about a six-month break, I returned and was very disappointed. The bread served as an appetizer was not fresh, even after I asked for it to be replaced. It tasted old and unpleasant. The Seasonal Greens looked fresh in the menu photo, but what I received was an overcooked, mushy vegetable mix with an unpleasant smell. The pizza itself was also no longer as good as it used to be. But the most frustrating part was the service. The waiter I interacted with behaved in a way that felt disrespectful and mocking rather than professional. For a restaurant of this level, I expect fresh food and respectful service. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet those expectations.
