Customer service.....! I visited for account opening and as usual i got ticket and waited for my turn, once my ticket number was called. I approached to the relevant counter, where i was asked unusual questions as i am not eligible for the account, i was asked to wait as she said she is doing something let her complete and what she was doing?she was on a phone call and talking to someone not related to the work and i was waiting for nothing, after 15 minutes of waiting in front of her i was asked "do you have anyother work to do in the area or you came for account only, i answered i came for ac account opening only. Than she asked why you not opened using App? I showed the message that was popping up while trying to open an account online that" visit to the nearest branch". Than she asked me my documents that was submitted to her. Then i was waiting again for 15 minutes and she continued on call. After almost 30 minutes she started process and brought her tab out from drawer than she keept my ID and Payslips in front of her and informed that i am not eligible to open the account. When i asked the reson she said the company you mentioned in ID is different than your salary slip, i told her salry slip is from parent group and my company where I'm employed is also mentioned in the slip and i showd her. That still she insisted that i need your company name in place of your group name. And this way after waiting for almost 40 minutes my application was rejected, it was very disappointing i can understand that there might be a problem with account opening buttttt this thing can be cleared with in a minute when i sit in front of her. But she kept me on hold for nothing and after all she denied........!!
