There is something wrong with the behaviour of this Gala KARAMA BRANCH staff name PRATIVA!. There was a mistake on the shelf price of the item i wanted to avail what i saw (as per the rule) she didnt allow me. she said sometimes we make mistake. I get that. But she responded in a very rude way. note: its not the first time. second time same thing happened and responded me in a rude way!!. why cant she say just sorry and apologize to customer?? If only i can rate zero star here. I would!!!! Teach this PRATIVA a good manner and a proper Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
