We were so pleased with the past services provided by City Mark Travel & Tourism LLC. However, frustration and disappointment is what I have experienced with my most recent car rental with them. We always get our rental deposit refund 7 days after we returned the car. So with my last rental, I was informed verbally that we will get the refund 7 days after I returned the car. So I followed up after 7 days to be informed that I have to come back on monday (like 3 days after). After coming back on monday, I was informed that I need to wait 14 days from the date of returning the car and that it is written on the invoice. So, fine fair enough. I followed up again only to be given excuses such as accounts dept is close, they have already deposited the cash and they don have cash in hand. Point is, in between those days, they dont respond to your whatsapp messages, when you call, the responsible person is not available and he alone is the one handling car rentals. This could have been a pleasurable experience have they informed specifically how refund works. This could have been avoided have they provided a specific date for us to return and collect the money. But no, I have to return multiple times to their office for MY MONEY for what? They could do better for sure. Hopefully.

Very very unprofessional and poor in communication. Never seen such kind of agents in my life. Not recommended!! Always said to reply or provide the service in 7 days but never replied or provided the service within their timeframe even not responded on contact. They have started to work on extending my visa after 10 days from when I had given. I had to suffer for the delay... They were supposed to return deposited amount if I show my return ticket but they returned after one month on leaving UAE on forcing(legal intimidating) by one of my friends when actually I have left the hope to have it back. Before leaving - 2 times(in 16 days) they committed to back the money in 7 days but they didn't. Later, told me to back after exit, I asked them a written doc in regards but they didn't. I think they probably hadn't plan to back the money but had to back after legal intimidating. So, be aware in case if you take their service!
