One of the worst property management companies I have come across. I used to live in the Al Hai Building, next to the Sharaf DG Metro. 1. They send notices for rental increases of a minimum of 20%, completely ignoring RERA guidelines. They will not even discuss the matter with you or reply to your emails. Their strategy is to drag the issue out until your patience runs out, as most people are hesitant to take legal action. I had to approach RERA and managed to get my rent frozen. I personally know at least four tenants who went to RERA for the same issue. 2. The building is poorly managed. I lived there for more than three years, and the gym was completely dysfunctional during that time. The treadmill was out of order for almost two years. Despite multiple complaints and follow-ups, nothing was done. 3. Acidic water from the AC vents drips onto parked cars, leaving permanent stains on the paint. When you complain, they simply say it is not their responsibility. 4. Now that I have vacated the apartment, it has been more than a month, and I received an email stating they are deducting AED 1,000 from my security deposit, citing random damages in the apartment. When I asked them to provide proof of these damages, they completely stopped responding to my emails. It seems like yet another way to take advantage of tenants and withhold their hard-earned money.
