I was left with an unpleasant impression after visiting Lululemon in Galleria Mall on February 14. I needed help with a T-shirt. We were looking for a T-shirt, and the manager offered to assist us. Meanwhile, a female sales associate started deliberately ignoring us when my husband and I spoke Russian. I believe that the store should not allow its employees to behave this way, especially considering that we are Kazakh and have no connection to what is happening in her country.
