They mentioned live queues is till 11pm, I came at 8:30pm, they refused to accept. Totally frustrated to come and be refused. But after reading comments I’m glad I didn’t do it there. Lady reception doesn’t want to listen and just in a hurry to reply.

The so-called hairdresser broke my hair. It took her a whole hour to do my strands with too high a dosage of bleach. Instead of taking care of my hair after I voiced my concerns, she was just gone and I had to wash my hair out myself. I went to another hairdresser to save my hair but the damage was already there. After an hour of bleaching, a lot of the strands broke off.
