If there were a competition for the worst cake in the world, these people would be Olympic champions. The cake looked great from the outside, but that’s where the positives end. In terms of flavour and quality, it was the worst cake we have ever had. We ordered a K-pop Demon Hunter themed cake with strawberry flavour. Visually, the cake was impressive. However, once we cut it and tasted it, it was a complete disaster. First, the food colouring—they used so much blue colour that it stained the kids’ lips and tongues. Even after washing multiple times, the colour did not come off and was still visible the next day. This is extremely concerning, especially for a children’s cake. Now coming to the flavour—it was supposed to be strawberry, but there was no strawberry taste at all. There was just one very thin red layer of filling (as seen in the image), but it had no flavour whatsoever. The sponge was extremely dry, as if the cake had been made days earlier. None of our guests could finish even a small piece, and eventually, the entire cake had to be thrown in the dustbin. We had high expectations after seeing their heavy social media promotions and advertisements, but this experience was beyond disappointing. What made it worse was that this cake ruined my daughter’s birthday. On her special day, she was genuinely upset after cutting the cake, which was heartbreaking as a parent. When I shared my feedback with them on WhatsApp, instead of responding or resolving the issue, they simply blocked my number and stopped answering calls. This level of customer service is unacceptable. The biggest mistake I made was ignoring the negative reviews and thinking, “What can go wrong with a simple cake?” Unfortunately, they proved me completely wrong. I strongly advise others to read the reviews carefully before ordering. Looks alone are not worth ruining a special occasion.

Be careful ordering from this company - their cakes are not likely to be the quality you are expecting - the decorations are made of sticks and cardboard cutouts that were not even cut carefully or properly - they were messy and unclean. No communication from the company until 2 hours before my son's bday party when I had to chase down the driver myself. Communication from the company even then was terse and 1-2 words. Please be aware of this before ordering - know what to expect and avoid disappointment - or inform yourself before ordering. I will also add that the decorations are made of styrofoam which actually caught fire while we were singing happy birthday which could have been catastrophic with so many little ones crowded around the cake in a very small party room at the venue! Luckily we caught it before disaster! And ended up with melted styrofoam all over the cake - potentially poisonous for the little ones. This company should not be allowed to sell such a product. I will be reporting them to the consumer protection agency - this product is not safe for children's parties, candles etc.
