My Jeep was sent for body repair since May 15, my insurance coverage is full comprehensive but until now it was not repaired…a million times calling them to follow up but their phone was either switched off or not a working number. And even the broken side mirrors, tail lights, wiper was not replaced since hailstorm in February 12, 2024. That’s how so slow the process and will give excuses that so many cars are for repair and the parts are not yet available! So very bad car service center.
