Всё дошло в обещанный срок, в отличном состоянии — дополнительно упаковали, за что отдельное спасибо. Особая благодарность сотруднику Рафаэлю — подробно объяснил весь процесс и терпеливо отвечал на все мои вопросы. HIGHLY recommending this company for cargo!! I was sending over 100kgs of my personal things includes laptops and coffee machine from UAE to Russia. Wasn’t sure which company to chose as there are many, but a friend of mine shared Al Fada contact mentioning that the whole process is easy with a very affordable prices and nothing to worry, as she sent items with them many times. They have several options - by sea or airplane depends on the time speed u need hence price, I chose sea option, as it was matching my time frame/budget. Items came in promised time; additionally packed over my packing (triple care), everything in same condition, zero damages (!). PS. Mr. Rafael, who was politely assisting me, was extremely helpful with any of my questions!
