Dear Manager / Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the unprofessional behavior I experienced from one of your employees at alain-zoo/gnd rask on 24-4-2025 and 11:35, if applicable. The employee in question was not responsive when I approached them for assistance. Despite my repeated attempts to place an order, they ignored me and failed to provide any support. When I finally managed to speak with them, their attitude was dismissive and rude, which made the entire experience extremely unpleasant. I expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy when dealing with staff, especially in a customer service setting. Unfortunately, this encounter did not meet those expectations.
